Nicely presented and exceptionally friendly place with well-mannered staff and particularly good location near the bars. Savoury breakfasts and outstanding food available. They provided good service. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.  

Air-conditioned, decent sized room complete with balcony. The staff is superbly friendly and exceptionally nice, an absolute asset to this the place.

The room was compact, with safe and magnificent views of the mountains. The location was excellent, an easy walk to Tenerife Sur. The area was good near shops, restaurants, bars and beach and sea front & bus station.  

The hotel had an excellent position, close to the bus stop which goes to the airport. The staff were top-class and provided good service.

The room I booked was a decent size with decent sized balcony, a fan, for example. The breakfast was savoury, though I didn't expect to enjoy it! Friendly service, though a few employees were rather noisy.  

The location was good and unbeatable, within walking distance of old town. The rooms were a decent size, brand-new, and had air conditioning and a couch. The service was good and the food was fine. Actually everything was 

Real good stay, as always. Lovely small hotel with a clean pool and ideal location in the living area as well as the ceiling light. Excellent service and well-equipped room with a balcony. Plenty of food at the savoury breakfast.
